As promised on my popular YouTube channel, here is a recipe for "Polskie Ogorki" or Polish Pickles.
Here is exactly what you need:
2 tablespoons of gross grain salt
6 mini cucumbers
6 cloves of garlic
6 branches of dill
2 tablespoons of mustard seeds
And here is how you make them:
Boil the water with the salt mixed in.
When boiled, let the water cool down to fridge temperature.
Rub the inside of the jar with a clove of garlic.
Peel and drop all the garlic into the jar.
Put the pickles in so that they are snug.
Put the dill in between the pickles.
Pour in the water.
If there is too much water, spoon some out of the jar until you can get the last bit from the bottom of the pot.
Close the jar. Set aside at room temperature for three days.
